   The eight sections of the partition are joined by a 6mm fillet of wedi Tilebacker Board which slots into grooves in each wall section.

    The joints are then covered with wedi reinforcement tape bonded in cement-based flexible adhesive..

   PU or hybrid sealing compound is then applied to the joint between the base and the partition walls (see below).   The transition from the surrounding area to the base unit is made with wedi Waterproof Sealing Tape in cement tile adhesive
